Communication in Practice
Coaching entails co-creating a relationship, based on trust, that encourages the client to work through challenges and find ways to leverage strengths more effectively. The coach’s job, through active listening and powerful questioning, is to help expand perspective, facilitate goal setting and movement toward action, and ultimately accountability. Coaching is not therapy, or consulting.

The Leadership Circle Profile is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains via 29 dimensions of leadership:
Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies.
It measures underlying beliefs and assumptions—the habits of thought that run much of our behavior. As leaders gain these insights, they have much higher leverage to make transformative change.
The LCP reflects and synthesizes a diverse body of scientific research. The Institute for Psychological Research and Application (IPRA) has confirmed through rigorous statistical and methodological analyses that “The Leadership Circle Profile is an internally consistent, valid measure for leadership development."

Global research has identified a high correlation between effective leadership and organizational results. Great business results necessitate investing in leaders, starting at the top and including middle managers, as well as entry-level leaders. Each person has a unique leadership path. Coaching supports exploration, discovery, and execution. Learn how to be an effective leader and discover new approaches and solutions to your specific challenges.
We will tailor a coaching package, based on your goals and budget, to suit the individual, team, and/or organization.

Revisit what you’ve learned. Reassess where you are. Reapply it to the leader you are today.
Many experienced leaders have completed various leadership assessments during their careers—but often received little support to apply those learnings beyond the original workshop. Years later, the report may be sitting in a drawer, the terminology largely forgotten, and the learning disconnected from their current responsibilities.
The Leadership Check-Up helps individuals revisit previous leadership development, reflect on how their strengths, communication preferences, and potential blind spots show up today, and translate those insights into practical strategies for their current role. Through structured reflection and individual coaching, we help leaders move beyond simply knowing their profile to using it intentionally—strengthening relationships, adapting their leadership approach, and creating a focused plan for continued growth.

Revisit the skills. Practise the conversations. Communicate with greater confidence.
Many professionals have attended communication training, explored a conflict-management model, or read a book about difficult conversations. Yet without structured practice, feedback, and follow-through, even valuable techniques can be forgotten—or prove difficult to use when emotions are high and the conversation genuinely matters.
Communication in Practice helps individuals reconnect with previous learning and apply it to their current relationships, responsibilities, and workplace challenges. Through guided reflection, practical tools, realistic conversation practice, and individualized coaching, participants strengthen their ability to communicate clearly, listen with intention, navigate disagreement, and approach difficult conversations with greater confidence.
Rather than introducing another stand-alone model, the experience helps each person identify what they already know, where communication tends to break down, and what they can practise differently. Participants leave with practical strategies, a structured development plan, and opportunities for follow-up that help turn good intentions into more consistent communication habits.
LET’S DISCUSS YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS AND WE CAN OFFER A CUSTOM COACHING PROGRAM FOR YOU, YOUR GROUP OR TEAM.
Path Collective is an invaluable partner for anyone who wants to develop their own leadership skills or those of their staff. I have experienced their services both personally and professionally, and I can attest to their effectiveness and impact. Five years ago, I took a leadership training with Path that included an assessment and individual coaching. It was a transformative experience that helped me grow as a leader and leverage my strengths.
Since then, I have entrusted Path with the development of several of my team members, as well as the whole staff. Brooke and Paul are exceptional at designing and delivering programs that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual or group. They are thorough, thoughtful, and responsive throughout the process. The results have always surpassed my expectations. The participants have expressed their appreciation and satisfaction long after the program has ended, and their growth has been noticed and recognized externally as well.
