Zenith Leadership Experience supports you reaching your zenith – the time at which something (or someone) is most powerful or successful. ZENITH INTENSIVE 2023

Location: Gunnison Valley, CO | Fee: $2,650 ($2,450 early bird through 6/14/23) | special non-profit & government rates

Topics Include: Refining your unique leadership style, decision making, communication, leadership versus management, purpose and values, mentorship and coaching, change management, imposter syndrome, leadership assessment and coaching, TBD based on the group’s needs, and personal reflection time in nature. Celebratory meal included.

My experience taking the Zenith program was nothing short of transformative. As a business owner, I have spent a lot of time and focused attention developing my leadership skills and style and consider myself an intuitive and effective leader.  However, participating in the Zenith program provided me insights that I have not found in other programs or coaching experiences. I have more clarity in what drives me personally as a leader which has, in turn, clarified my vision on how to leverage my own growth and that of my team.
